We offer high intense women's kickboxing and fitness classes seven days a week. No experience necessary. Let us help you reach your fitness goals and have fun at the same time. The class is great for cardio, but you are also learning realistic boxing and kickboxing techniques. Unlike many women's programs that consist of just punching the air, you will be punching 100 to 125 pound heavy bags. Feel free to come on down and try out a class.
